- As I write this, it is now 15 days since Robert Blayzor sent me (and others)
- e-mail stating that the registrations had been sent out 10 days prior. That
- means its 25 days since the registrations have been sent.
-
- My check has been cashed - as it was returned with January's statement, but
- I still haven't received my registered version of MUI 3.1 (and now we're at
- 3.2). I have sent Robert two (2) e-mail messages asking for the shipping
- status to no avail.
-
- Paying for Shareware is something I'm more than willing to do. I've
- registered for quite a bit (AmiWin, Shapeshifter, Executive, MegaBalls, etc)
- and have never had a problem - even though a lot of my registrations go over
- seas. I have registered via SASG before (MagicWB 2.0), and the response was
- timely (~3 weeks).
-
- At this point its 4 months since I sent the check, over one month since
- the check has been cashed, and 25 days since I was informed that the product
- shipped. The US Postal service has problems, but it doesn't take 25 days
- to ship something from NY to Texas!
-
- Maybe a new SASG representative should be found for North America???
